MISSION STATEMENT
The Whitianga Residents & Ratepayers Association (WRRA) is an Incorporated Society that promotes the interests and welfare of Whitianga residents and ratepayers, and aims to present a strong representative voice on behalf of our community to Thames Coromandel District Council and other agencies.
WRRA is a member of the Coromandel Residents and Ratepayers Alliance (CRRA) which seeks to engage with Council on District-wide issues such as rates, council services, local roading, waste management, crime prevention, town planning etc.

The Whitianga Residents and Ratepayers Association (WRRA) represents residents and ratepayers whose property is situated in the Whitianga geographical area that extends from Harbour Lights Terrace to the North of Whitianga, to Kapowai Road, Coroglen to the South. The hand-drawn lines on this map identify Whitianga Residents and Ratepayers Association's geographical area, and the WRRA Committee invites all residents and ratepayers who live in this area to join the Association and have input into its operations. The Committee meets every month, and the date will be announced in the previous month's minutes and on this website; members are welcome to contact the Committee to submit items for inclusion on the agenda via the CONTACT US page above. |
